Agreement

By using uniqueembedded.com or engaging Unique Embedded Systems for engineering work you agree to these terms. Project-specific statements of work, quotations, and invoices take precedence where they conflict with this page.

Services

We provide custom embedded firmware, hardware design, IoT integration, prototyping, and related consulting. Deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in writing before work starts.

Intellectual property

Unless a contract says otherwise, UniqueEmbedded retains tools, libraries, and background IP. Customer-specific designs and firmware developed under a paid engagement transfer as described in that engagement’s agreement.

Payments

Invoices are payable as stated on the quotation. Hardware purchases, if any, are subject to the shipping and refund policies on this site.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Unique Embedded Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant engagement.
